Orders once confirmed and processed cannot be refunded, especially for custom fabrication, glass cutting, or aluminium/uPVC production. Refunds are only possible if cancellation is made before material purchase or fabrication begins.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days through the original payment mode.
